Ordering & Payment

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, PayPal, and Klarna (buy now, pay later). All transactions are processed securely through our encrypted payment system.

Can I change or cancel my order after placing it?

Orders can be cancelled within 2 hours of placement, provided they have not yet been dispatched. Please email us at contact@aisisree.com with your order number as soon as possible. Once dispatched, you may return it under our 30-day return policy.

Do you offer discount codes?

Yes - sign up to our newsletter to receive exclusive offers and early access to promotions. We also run seasonal sales throughout the year.

Shipping & Delivery

How long does delivery take?

UK Standard Delivery takes 3-5 business days (£3.99). UK Next Day Delivery is available for £5.99, or free on orders over £30. Orders must be placed before 2:00 PM (GMT/BST) Monday to Friday for next-day dispatch.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes, we ship to select international destinations. European delivery takes 5-10 business days (from £7.99), and rest of world takes 10-20 business days (from £12.99). Customs duties and import taxes may apply.

How do I track my order?

Once dispatched, you will receive an email with a tracking number to monitor your delivery status.

Products & Usage

How do I use the Hair Growth Serum?

Apply the serum spray directly to the scalp in areas of thinning. Use twice daily - morning and before bedtime. Massage gently for 1-2 minutes. Do not rinse. For best results, use consistently for at least 8-12 weeks.

How long before I see results?

Most customers notice visible improvement within 8-12 weeks of consistent daily use. Full results typically appear after 4-6 months. Individual results may vary.

Can I use the Serum and Scalp Oil together?

Absolutely - we recommend it. The Serum stimulates follicle activity with 5% Minoxidil, while the Rosemary Scalp Oil nourishes the scalp. Apply the serum first, allow it to absorb, then follow with the oil.

Are your products suitable for all hair types?

Yes, our products are formulated for all hair types and textures, suitable for both men and women experiencing thinning or looking to improve overall hair health.

Are there any side effects?

Minoxidil may cause mild scalp irritation or dryness in some users during the first few weeks. This usually subsides. If irritation persists, discontinue use and consult a healthcare professional. Not intended for use by individuals under 18 or pregnant/nursing women.
