We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee on all products purchased directly from our website. If you are unsatisfied with your order for any reason, you may request a return within 30 days of the delivery date.
Eligibility for Returns
To be eligible for a return, the following conditions must be met:
- The return request must be made within 30 days of receiving your order.
- Products must be in their original packaging.
- Opened or partially used products are eligible for return under our satisfaction guarantee - we understand you need to try the product to evaluate it.
- Items purchased during promotional sales or as part of a bundle may be subject to modified return conditions, which will be communicated at the time of purchase.
How to Request a Return

Please include your order number, the item(s) you wish to return, and the reason for the return. Our team will respond within 1-2 business days with return instructions.
Return Shipping
- Defective or incorrect items: We will provide a prepaid return label at no cost to you.
- Change of mind: Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. We recommend using a tracked delivery service, as we cannot be held responsible for items lost in transit.
Refund Process
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved:
- Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 5-10 business days.
- Shipping costs (if originally paid) are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
- Please allow additional time for your bank or payment provider to process the refund.
Exchanges
If you wish to exchange a product for a different item, please initiate a return and place a new order. This ensures the fastest processing time.
Damaged or Defective Products
If you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photographs of the damage. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no additional cost.
Cancellations
Orders can be cancelled within 2 hours of placement, provided they have not yet been dispatched. To cancel, please email us immediately at contact@aisisree.com with your order number.
