UK Delivery

Next Day Delivery orders must be placed before 2:00 PM (GMT/BST) Monday to Friday. Orders placed after this cut-off, or on weekends and bank holidays, will be dispatched the following business day.
International Delivery
We currently ship to select international destinations. International shipping rates and delivery times are calculated at checkout based on your location.

Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number. You can use this to monitor the progress of your delivery through our carrier's website.
Delivery Issues
If your order has not arrived within the estimated delivery window, please check your tracking information first. If you need further assistance, contact our Customer Care team at contact@aisisree.com.
We will investigate with our carrier and work to resolve the issue as quickly as possible. In the event that a package is confirmed lost, we will send a replacement or issue a full refund.
